Feeling Good!

I had a really awesome week last week.  All my eating was on track, I ran 4 times, and I felt extremely positive.  I ended the week with a loss of 2.8 pounds!

Starting weight: 236.8
Current weight: 152.8
Total loss: 84 pounds
Goal weight: 136.8
Pounds to goal: 16 pounds

I am getting very close to a new decade and it's been a long time coming.  I have been in the 150s since November!  I look forward to seeing that 4 in the second number!!!  Here's to another great week!
