I have decided to set my goal at 147 pounds. The top of my goal range is 150.
147 is 85.2 pounds from my starting weight. Right now that sounds like a whole lot of pounds to lose. Of course I would love to get down to 125 or even 135, but I need to get to a weight that I can maintain. 147 sounds like a reasonable weight for this reason. Maintenance will be the hardest part and something I have not had a lot of success with. But I will take one day at a time, one pound at a time.
Today's weight is 216.4 which puts me 69.4 lbs from goal. But more importantly it means I have LOST 15.8 lbs! Woohoo!
