I had a disappointing weigh in last week. For some reason I GAINED!! But I knew I had done everything "right" during the week so it had to have been hormones or water or both.
I haven't officially weighed in this week, but I I know I have lost. Not only because I snuck in a weigh in this morning, but also because I have felt it in my clothes this week. Things have felt looser and more comfortable.
Unfortunately I am still firmly in the 200s, but hopefully tomorrow's weigh in will bring the loss from both last week and this one. I feel good!
